How do I book an appointment and what guarantees are needed?
Appointments are required at Right Now Beauty Aesthetics. We encourage you to schedule well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. Upon scheduling, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. A Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). Your credit card number will be securely kept in your history file, with only the last four digits visible to us after saving. Scheduling an appointment signifies your acceptance of this policy. We also accept FSA & HSA
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, when appointments are forgotten or canceled without sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot. Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur 50% fee for all services (including consultations, injectables, and body treatments). Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit any deposit placed on the service. You can cancel via phone call or text at 517-748-1355 or email at Rightnowbeautyaesthetics@gmail.com. We do take into consideration emergencies and medical or health-related issues when assessing the application of the cancellation fee.
What happens if I no-show for an appointment?
If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without providing notification, the service will be considered a no-show. These fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed to you.
Are there any other payment expectations or fees?
Beyond cancellation and no-show fees, full payment for services is typically due at the time of your appointment. For certain advanced treatments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as outlined in our cancellation policy. All charges and payment expectations will be clearly communicated to you prior to your service.
